San Luis Obispo Exterior Color Transformation
San Luis Obispo Exterior Refresh
This San Luis Obispo home was ready for some attention. Over time, the exterior had started to show normal wear — a few cracks in the stucco, separation at trim joints, and areas where the paint had faded from years of sun exposure.
The homeowners were also ready for a color change. Choosing the right exterior color can feel overwhelming, so we sent over several 9x15 peel-and-stick paint sheets from Samplize. Being able to move those larger samples around the house and see them in different lighting really helped narrow things down and feel confident in the final decision.
Before any paint went on, our team focused on the details. We washed pressure to remove dirt and chalking, sealed joints and gaps, repaired stucco cracks, and addressed areas that needed extra attention. Good prep work is what makes a finish look clean — and last.
Once everything was ready, we applied fresh, even coats that completely transformed the look of the home. The new color gave it a crisp, updated feel while still fitting beautifully into the neighborhood.
By the time we wrapped up, the house felt refreshed, protected, and truly theirs.
Another San Luis Obispo project we were proud to be part of.
